Method
Brown chicken in olive oil.
Add onions, carrots, and spices; cook 2 minutes.
Add chickpeas, apricots, and broth; simmer 25 minutes.
Notes
Serve with couscous or rice.
Add olives for tang.
Use beef instead of chicken if preferred.
