  • 1 onion
  • 2 carrots
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 2 cans white beans
  • 4 cups vegetable broth
  • 1 tsp rosemary
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • Salt & pepper

Method
 

  1. Sauté onions, carrots, and garlic.
  2. Add beans, broth, and herbs.
  3. Simmer 20 minutes.
  4. Blend half for creaminess.
