Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb shrimp
  • 1 cup orzo
  • 2 cups broth
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup feta

Method
 

  1. Cook orzo in broth until tender.
  2. Sauté shrimp with garlic and oregano.
  3. Combine with tomatoes, lemon, and feta.
